AWI Sanctuary Space presents: Art Your Own Way

An ongoing Continued Connections program that creates virtual spaces for students to connect at the intersection of art and mental health.

In this AWI Sanctuary Space event: “Art Your Own Way”, artist and mental health advocate Simone Côté, founder of Artistry Wellness, will guide us through a mindful doodling-to-music exercise followed by an open discussion on how making what she calls “For Me” art can boost our mental health and encourage self-discovery.
