100% of students felt that the workshop created awareness of mental health issues
100% of students reported that the workshop reduced stigma relating to mental illness
80% of students not in therapy reported an increased likelihood of seeking support for well-being
I would describe this event as a self-help/community-help effort into informing Cooper students of the resources and fellow students and faculty that have their mental health and wellness in mind. "
