Cathy Olivares, LMHC, LPC As a MHC, LPC, I provide aid for the personal healing to those battling the effects of trauma, addictions or mental health conditions, such mood disorders, and overall life stressors. I use a variety of methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), interpersonal therapy, mindfulness, stress management, and meditation. Providing a compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental, supportive environment, through their counseling journey.

Brooke English, LCSW, RYT Brooke English is a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher in private practice with over a decade of experience. She specializes in seeing clients who have experienced or witnessed trauma, such as sexual assault or intimate partner violence. Brooke collaborates with her clients using holistic, energy-based somatic techniques to help them feel safe and empowered in their bodies and choices.
