Studio.89 announces HeART & Soul, a night of exploring the powerful effects of art on our mind, body and soul. HeART & Soul aims to promote art therapy and showcase the transformative power of the arts to explore personal issues of mental health and wellness.

This family-friendly event offers 5 therapeutic workshops, including Paint Therapy with Anoop-Caur and Laughter Yoga with Deborah Carrick, and ends with musical performances by Andrew Maranta, Joe Measures, and Wilson + The Cast Aways.
