Christine Kurata, M.A., LMFT, ATR-BC Therapy can be a space to develop deeper insight about life and promote emotional healing through reflecting on significant life events, explore new ways of thinking, and discover ways of living that are in sync with who you are and who you want to become. Christine believes that building the foundation for growth and positive change in therapy starts by creating a safe, genuine space where people can feel heard, understood, and valued for the person they are. She is specifically trained in neuroscience-based theories including Art Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). These theories engage both sides of the brain to facilitate integration of self through exploration of memories, thoughts, and emotions.
