Sarah Edmunds, LCSW Sarah Edmunds is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience counseling individuals, couples and families. She has been in private practice since 2012. Prior to this, she worked in a variety of settings including hospital emergency medicine, police based mobile crisis unit, veteran services, treatment foster care, and as a care manager for at risk seniors. Sarah is a certified clinical trauma professional and a certified life and health coach with a special interest in nutrition for mental health. Her approach to working with clients is strengths based and integrative focusing on the mind/body connection to decrease symptoms and enhance wellness.
Jennifer Udler, LCSW-C - Positive Strides Positive Strides is a private practice where therapist and client meet in a local park for a walk during the therapy session. Using movement, nature, and therapy, the client moves forward both emotionally and physically. Positive Strides began meeting clients outdoors in 2013, and continues to meet people in person during COVID-19.
