Breathless
Breathless focuses on the experiences of social anxiety disorder, representing the cyclic nature and one situation in which it occurs. The short film follows Addison and her struggle to feel confident surrounded by people, leading to her engaging in a panic attack as she feels self-conscious and vulnerable in a social environment. Poignant and informed, Breathless sheds light on a taboo issue that is relatable and encourages discussion within society as many people experience mental disorders, however, are afraid to recognize it or seek help from others.
