Life is so much better off the island!
This video is years of therapy combined to show you what it took for me to get free of the people I gave space to in my mind, who tore me apart. I had to learn to leave them behind and focus on the good in so many others worth loving. But it wasn't easy, I had to get wet to escape their hold on me.
