Arthur G. Ward

Arthur G. Ward (he/him) is a Los Angeles-based college student majoring in history with interests in science, medicine, public health, and public policy. His passions run deep and include education, advocacy, diversity, inclusion, and visibility. Through firsthand experience, Arthur is familiar with the impact art can have on mental health; as a medium dedicated to destigmatizing the negative connotations associated with mental illness, art has helped Arthur publicly discuss his survivorship story. Thanks to the dedicated work of Art With Impact and the countless artists who devote their platforms to expressing some of the most challenging yet essential topics in mental health, Arthur, and many others like him, are exposed to stories and experiences that provide the foundations necessary to promote healing, acceptance, and understanding. Arthur is thrilled to join the AWI family to continue the work of promoting advocacy through art.
