Pooja Shah is a junior in Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, CA. An avid musician, Pooja has been playing the violin and piano for over 10 years. When she is not playing at the school or local county Orchestras, she enjoys just jamming with her friends, playing pop and rock classics with a Jazz twist. Pooja also enjoys playing basketball and has been with her school JV team for the past 2 years. After completing her elementary school in Fremont, Pooja embarked on a small adventure with her family and lived in Scarsdale New York for 3 years. This fun experience gave her a chance to explore other forms of art such as photography, creative writing, cartooning and acting. In her spare time, she also enjoys cooking, traveling, yoga, hanging out with friends and watching sitcoms like “Friends” and “The Office”. She strongly believes in the power of positive thinking and living life to the fullest. She lives with her parents and 10 year old sister.
