Rita has spent her career paving a niche in the public health, political, and philanthropic sectors. At Art With Impact she serves as the Development Manager overseeing fundraising initiatives including donor cultivation, major gifts, and grant writing. Rita is deeply passionate about global health issues, including destigmatizing the conversation and treatment around mental health.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University. Previously, Rita managed major donor fundraising campaigns at Doctors Without Borders and served as a health care strategy consultant to large corporations. In 2016, she worked for the Hillary for America Presidential campaign, traveling the U.S. producing political events for Secretary Clinton and campaign surrogates. Rita lives in Los Angeles and in her free time avidly writes and acts.
