Deidre Abrons
Deidre Abrons is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Old Oakland. She is trained in EMDR, CBT, and Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and specializes in substance abuse and PTSD. She believes that when people are given a safe space to explore trauma, they can learn to challenge unhelpful long held beliefs and become free to experience change.
