Charmed Horse Assisted Wellness Centre, located in Enterprise, about 35 minutes north / west of Kingston, Ontario. We offer equine-assisted psychotherapy, learning and personal development an experiential modality based on the EAGALA model for individuals, families and groups, helping with anxiety, depression, stress, just stuck in life, trauma, work related stresses and trauma, relationships, etc. Our Wellness Team consists of a Clinical Psychologist, Registered Psychotherapist, Equine Specialists, and of course therapy horses. There is no riding involved, and no knowledge of horses required, sessions take place on the ground in a safe and non judgmental atmosphere.
