One Year

10th June 2016 I celebrate one year of self harm free. I'm not usually one to voice my story but today is such a mild-stone in my life I had to express it the best way I could, through a video. I cant express the joy and excitement I have right now and the meaning this video has.

 

First got into film and photography last year when I had my first epsiodes of depression and anxiety. 

 

I would like to thank everyone who has supported me through years of my journey. My parents, old friends and new ones that have come into my life, Without you I couldn't have done it.
