Nikita is a recent graduate from Queen’s University with a major in sociology, who attended one of Art With Impact’s M4MH events last year while in school. Currently working as a legal assistant in Muskoka, Ontario, she hopes to purse a legal career and also has a passion for pole fitness and surveillance studies. Says Nikita, “My journey to better mental health and awareness to all began when I realized I had an eating disorder and depression way too late, and I realized I never want anyone to suffer in silence. I want to spread positivity and awareness everywhere I go.”
