Cleveland State University presents: Wellness in Words – Women’s Mental Health Focus

Wellness In Words (Hope and Resilience Focus) is a workshop that uses the power of poetry and film to unite folks in community, connection, and conversation around topics that explore the intersection of mental health and hope.

This interactive experience will feature a discussion on mental health and the stigma that frequently surrounds mental illness.

Following this will be a live screening of two award-winning short films, poetry writing exercises to help us express our thoughts, and a collective exploration around what the work means for us as individuals.

The event will culminate in a presentation of mental health resources, empowering us to share our own stories and access support available to us.
